The green business incubator at FarmWorks will offer low-cost warehouse space and adjoining office space to start-up green businesses. The focus of the incubator will be on the processing and distribution of locally-grown foods. Warehouse space will include dry storage areas, walk-in coolers and freezers, processing areas, loading docks, a shared commercial kitchen, and a small café. Office space will feature office suites with shared services and a classroom for use by local schools and universities.
