Does its Historic Status mean the structure must be rebuilt as was, or do you have some liberty to adapt that downed corner with a more modern approach and materials?
Since the renovation uses Historic Tax Credits, the building will be rebuilt using modern methods, but the appearance inside and out will have to maintain the original look.
